Plan your trip to Maker Faire Ottawa at Aberdeen Pavilion, Lansdowne Park
There are lots of options for getting to Maker Faire Ottawa. You can take transit, drive, cycle, or walk. Maker Faire Ottawa recommends you travel via OC Transpo or taxi when coming to visit the festival.
An underground parking garage accommodates over 1,000 vehicles and is accessible from both Bank Street and Queen Elizabeth Driveway. The maximum daily parking rate is $20.
OC Transpo provides regular service to Lansdowne on routes 1 and 7. Enhanced transit service will also be available for major events at TD Place or Lansdowne.
Your event ticket includes free service on any OC Transpo. Show your printed paper ticket to the operator. Event tickets are valid to ride on transit starting 3 hours before the event, until 3 hours after the event. Don't forget to keep your ticket for the ride home!
The re-developed Lansdowne includes more than 600 bike parking spaces across the site. The City has identified a number of routes for cyclists of all levels to get to Lansdowne.
All of the pathways leading to Lansdowne are fully accessible, providing everyone the opportunity to enjoy all of the local sites and amenities on your way.
